Dr. Rishi Singh
Founder and CEO, Beta Leaders

Dr. Rishi Singh is an author, leadership coach, and enterprise strategist who has spent over two decades guiding major organizations through massive structural and technological changes. Having served as an enterprise consultant, the Head of Process Improvement for fortune 500 companies, he knows exactly what the world’s most competitive professional environments demand from their future leaders.
Following the global launch of his book, “Boundaries and Belonging: The Path to Psychological Safety and Work Life Balance,” Dr. Singh pivoted his enterprise framework toward the next generation. As a parent of two daughters entering this digital-first world, he founded Beta Leaders to ensure that youth in grades 6 through 12 don’t just survive the automated economy—they shape it.

Prof. Fardeen Ahmad Khan is a multifaceted professional who combines corporate data analytics expertise with academic leadership. Having excelled as an award-winning Senior Associate at Infosys and an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at KCMT, he specializes in Python-driven process automation and mentoring students in cutting-edge technologies like machine learning. He brings a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business intelligence while dedicating his time to community leadership and NGO development.
Elsa Pourabdi
A seasoned higher education and workforce development leader, Elsa Pourabdi brings over a decade of experience directing career services and shaping regional employer partnerships. At Modesto Junior College, she spearheads Career Technical Education initiatives that connect student readiness directly to industry demand.
Avnish Singh
Avnish Singh serves as the Group Vice President and Global Head of Content Engineering, Data, and Scaled Solutions at GlobalLogic. With over two decades of technology leadership experience, he drives strategic initiatives in Generative AI, AI-native services, and data engineering to accelerate enterprise digital transformation. Before joining GlobalLogic, he played a key role in establishing the AI and Automation business at Edgeverve/Infosys.
